Orders worth over 100 Euros will be sent free of charge via Geniki Taxydromiki. Please note this applies for the territory of Greece & the Greek Islands only. Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. The content of the shopping cart does not matter. (Lucky Pyramids have a MOQ 1 pallet).

Delivery information

Small orders (Boxes)

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 noon can be made on the same day and will be dispatched the next working day. Should you wish you wish to receive the order on a certain date, please inform us via email.

You will receive an invoice for your order which should be paid within 2 working days, unless you have selected to pay cash on delivery.

Your order will be delivered via Geniki Taxydromiki within 3-5 working days. Please note this may vary depending on peak periods such as Christmas.

Please allow 1-2 business day to process and ship your order. This is exclusive for greeting cards, gift bags and candles only.

Lucky Pyramids have a minimum order quantity of one pallet which will be sent via sea freight.

Large orders (Pallets)

Any large orders (appox.1000 + cards plus any other items on our website) placed will be sent via sea freight and delivered to your door.

The ship departs from Limassol, Cyprus, every Wednesday, so it is important to receive your orders no later than Friday evening.

For large orders, we need 2-3 working days to complete them. Once finished, you will receive a shipping invoice which must be paid prior to dispatch. A copy of the bank receipt must be emailed to info@artomgraphics.com. Once the bank receipt has been received, and the funds have reached our accounts, we will release the goods for shipping.
