What is Artom Graphics?
Artom Graphics Greeting Cards is active in the field of greeting cards, gifts and other party items for all types of occasions and purposes! The Artom Graphics’ team specialises in designing, printing and providing greeting cards to a wide network of customers in Cyprus and Greece, both on a corporate and personal level.

Is Artom Graphics safe to do credit card transactions?
Your transactions are completely secure through Artom Graphics online platform as they are protected by an SSL security certificate, while our own servers do not store any of the credit card details you enter.

What kind of cards are accepted?
All credit, prepaid and debit cards VISA and MasterCard (except American Express) are supported regardless of the issuing bank (the issuing bank may be in or outside Cyprus).

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Usually orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. Cancellation of an order can be made prior shipping of the products either by telephone either by email to info@artomgraphics.com.

I have damaged items in my delivery – what should I do?

How can I return items?

If you have faulty or damaged item(s) then you can return them to us by post in the same condition in which you received them, to the following address;

Please ensure you have included your order number, date of order and contact details inside the parcel so we can speedily process your credit note and contact you accordingly.

I have a store in Cyprus, can I order online?
This website is for customers who do not reside in Cyprus. Anybody who has a retail store, flowershop, bookshop or any other retail outlet in Cyprus and wishes to place an order for any of the items on our website, please contact us: info@artomgraphics.com or call us to arrange a sales appointment: +357 22 31 60 54.
We have a dedicated sales team who will visit your store and place orders regularly.

Returns & Refunds

We are unable to accept returns, or provide refunds, in respect of any of our products on the Artom Graphics Website, unless the product is faulty or we are otherwise in breach of our agreement with you and are obliged to do so.

To obtain a refund you must return the product(s) to us in the same condition in which you received them. We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will issue a credit note against your account whereby the amount will be deducted from your next invoice.
